Did you see the amazing table decor designs that graced the center courtyard of the October 11th Wedding Party Bridal Show?

Our first ever Tabletop Design Competition was a huge success with brides and pals in attendance who enjoyed 4 very different and over-the-top expressions of wedding table styles.

Winners Floral Poetry at left, [winner of the Drama Queen, Color me Now and LOVE! categories], Pink Papaya Creative Events [winner of the trend setter category], Cynthia Zatkin Events [winner of the Surprise! category] and Wedding Elegance [winner of the I HEART: what brides want for their own event category] really showed off what makes them top notch event designers!

Pamela Ann Noxon, Producer SanDiegoWEDDING.com The Wedding Party Bridal Show announces some special news. The Wedding Party Bridal Show's Fashion Show Manager and stylist, Andrea Munoz is engaged:)!! Who's the luck fella? Her longtime beau Paul, who proposed with a beautiful family heirloom marquis diamond ring which they promptly took to our favorite jeweler John Franklin
Jewelers where Jeff took great and special care of them - which resulted in a masterpiece of a classic ring with the marquis stone surrounded by pave diamonds is a classic setting that looks even more timeless than the original from Pauls' Mom did!

So I asked Andrea to blog about her planning experience over the next 10 months- I figure since she is a part of the industry - being such a big part behind the scenes of San Diego's only high end bridal show since 2006- she will have a unique perspective on planning a wedding! Thanks already to John Franklin Jewelers and The Museum of Contemporary Art for taking care of her- she is very special to me:)!
